Dennis Lingo has a customer-friendly 7-day return & 7-day exchange policy:
Return request will only be accepted through this Link. We recommend making an Unboxing video for any instances where you receive the product in damaged condition or any issues you face. We offer a convenient doorstep pickup for most locations.
In case your pin code is not serviceable for pickup, don’t worry, our team will guide you with simple steps to self-ship the product
For self-ship returns:

Securely pack and ship the product to the shared address

Share the courier details and tracking ID with us via email

Once the product reaches us in good condition, we’ll take it forward from there

Your refund will be processed promptly to your bank account after a quick verification
In the interest of process, the delivery partner may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled, has a missing tag or incorrect product.
To raise returns, ensure you raise on the website only, upload clearer images of the product with tags and brand name visible and clearly state the issue you are facing in the images. Our team will check the request within 24-48 hours, and you will get an update on the same via email and WhatsApp

Once you have received the product, in case it is in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, please email us at care@dennislingo.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.

If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email ID which is used while placing the order. There is Return / Exchange option available to choose from, and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.

Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.

In case, due to certain circumstances, after raising the return request within 48 hours, you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame, no return will be further accepted.

Once the product is handed over to the courier guy, after a thorough quality check, your refund will be issued in the preferred mode of payment.

Refund would be processed within 5-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse location.
Apart from the conditions reserved herein above, the following products
shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

If the product is customised for you

If the Return or Exchange is requested after 7 days of receiving the shipment.

We recommend capturing an Unboxing video to address any issues faced later on.
Refund Policy
Once the product has been picked from your end successfully, expect a refund to be initiated within 24-48 hours, and it might take 5-7 working days to get credited based on your bank conditions.
If it has been 48 hours since the order was picked up by our courier partner and if the refund isn't reflected, please email us at care@dennislingo.com, and we will promptly assist you.
In case, the product you got is in discount, and on return you will get same amount paid
In case of COD payments, the Shipping charges will not be refunded

Your exchange product will be shipped from our warehouse after the returned product has been picked up from your end. Orders are typically delivered in 5-7 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another, if the new product is of higher value, the difference amount must be paid at the time of request, or if the new product is of lower value, the balance amount will be refunded, collecting your bank details.
Note: Exchange orders are not eligible for further return or exchange unless there is a genuine case after our team confirms.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of order placement. Please contact our support on WhatsApp or reach us on our customer care number for cancellation.If the order is not fulfilled, we can cancel the order, but if the order is already dispatched, we requests you to reject at doortsep. Refund will be initiated once the product reaches our warehouse.

The shipping charges will not be refunded if collected.

The amount will be refunded to the payment source once the product reaches our warehouse.
